Hoi allemaal, Ik schrijf deze review nu omdat ik gewoon te bang ben om te gaan slapen. Ik kom net uit de bioscoop na een vertoning van Split. Ik zou niet weten of ik kan omschrijven wat er nu door me heen gaat. James McAvoy heeft al bewezen dat hij een fantastisch acteur is, maar deze vertolking heeft me omver geblazen. Hij was zo verbazingwekkend goed als Kevin, Dennis of een van de andere persoonlijkheden. Hij vertolkte elke persoonlijkheid op een unieke manier. Het was fantastisch om de veranderingen in uitdrukking te zien terwijl hij switchte van persoonlijkheid naar persoonlijkheid. Ik ben fan van horror film en was er eerst ook niet overtuigd van of dit wel helemaal de film voor mij zou zijn, maar het feit dat hij geregistreerd stond als thriller heeft me uiteindelijk toch overgehaald. Hey everybody, I'm actually writing this review now because I'm too scared to go to sleep. I just got out of a screening of  Split . I don't know if I'll be able to describe what I am feeling right now. James McAvoy had already proven that he was a great actor but this performance just blew me away. He was aboslutely astonishing and very convincing as Kevin, Dennis or any of the other personalities. He portrayed each and any of one them in a unique way. It was amazing to see the changes in his face when he switched from personality to personality. I'm not a fan of horror movies and I wasn't convinced this was going to be my kind of movie, but the fact that it got registered as thriller mainly convinced me. Nonetheless it was a big step for me, I found the story very interesting, not that thrilling even in the beginning, and I thought I was going to be save.
